Connecting the African Diaspora to Opportunities Back Home
Welcome to DADDS (Digital Africa Diaspora Development Services), a non-governmental, non-religious, apolitical organization operating in Ghana.
Founded by African descendants from the Caribbean and Latin America, DADDS is committed to bridging the gap between the global Pan African community and Africa's dynamic socio-economic development.
At DADDS, we envision a future where the diaspora and the continent of Africa collaborate seamlessly to promote shared prosperity, peaceful coexistence, and sustainable equitable development.

A thriving Africa where diaspora expertise and investment power sustainable, community-led co-development and co-management of an ecological industrialization of Arica agriculture, fisheries, energy, health and digital education transformed through “Modest Communities Reformation".
We envision a Ghana and across the continent where partnerships between Africans at home and abroad unlock lasting progress in health, education, infrastructure, energy, and agriculture, building self-reliant communities for generations to come.

To mobilize diaspora expertise, resources, and partnerships to co-create sustainable, community-led co-development and co-management of ecological, smart industrial projects across Ghana and Africa.
We bridge the gap between diaspora communities and local implementation partners to ecologically deliver measurable impact in health, education, infrastructure, energy, water, and agriculture—ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term ownership by the people we serve.

We believe lasting change happens through genuine collaboration between diaspora, government, civil society, and communities-based organizations. No one builds alone.
Every cedi, dollar, and pound we manage is accounted for. We publish results, audits, and progress so our partners and the public can see exactly how impact is created.
Projects succeed when communities lead them. We design, fund, and implement with local stakeholders at the centre, building systems that last beyond our involvement.
We embrace smart technology, data, and new models—but only when they solve real problems for real people. Innovation serves impact, not the other way around.
We honour the heritage, knowledge, and dignity of the communities we work with. Diaspora engagement is rooted in mutual respect and shared identity.
We measure what matters. If a project doesn’t improve lives, we learn, adapt, or stop. Our reputation rests on results, not promises.
