2. Laying the Groundwork for Change

As we stand on the cusp of this new farming era, DADDS is currently laying the groundwork for transforming a series of ambitious projects into reality. Our commitment to achieving "Zero Poverty and Food Security" aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs #1), which call for inclusive economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection.

3. Empowering the Next Generation

DADDS, in the very near future, will empower both the youth and veteran farmers of Ghana with electronic and digital tools, transforming farming into an eco-friendly science of efficiency and sustainability. Our upcoming AI-enabled online digital University and Library will be a hub of Human Capacity Building, offering a wealth of knowledge through articles, videos, and webinars—all freely available to participants. We're poised to elevate the skill-sets of farmers, enabling them to cultivate their lands with smart, industrial precision.

4. Digital Trading Marketplace

Dedicated to transforming commerce in agriculture, our vision and objectives include the launch of a Digital Trading marketplace, a revolutionary platform enabling farmers across the ECOWAS region and Africa at large, to display and trade their products, set competitive prices, and access markets at every scale—from local to global. This digital empowerment will open new doors and connect Ghana's agricultural bounty to the world.

5. Knowledge Sharing and Innovation

Sharing knowledge as the catalyst for positive change, DADDS, in collaboration with an expanding network of Eco-Scientists, is committed to freely distributing this vital resource. We're in the process of building an educational network for the agri-food community of ECOWAS and beyond, merging science with eco-friendly farming practices. We invite you to join our global network and contribute to a movement that fosters innovation and youth development for a healthier tomorrow.

6. Cooperative Farming Structure

Nurturing a sense of community and collaboration, DADDS’ plans include the creation of a cooperative farming structure that gives each farmer co-ownership and a role in managing their own agricultural business. This approach is aimed at raising living standards for rural families while building very strong local economies.

7. Upcoming Projects and Funding

On the drawing board, here's a glimpse of what's planned:Here's a glimpse of what's on the drawing board:

  • Digital Farms Projects: The DADDSDigi-Corn Farm aims to industrially cultivate 2,000,000 hectares of arable land, focusing on corn and incorporating technology transplants. Estimated Budget: $500 Million for the pilot phase.

  • Digi-Animal Feed Manufacturing Plant: We plan to process corn and other raw materials to produce premium animal feeds, starting with broiler chicken. Estimated Budget: $500 Million, with an initial development phase requiring $10 Million.

  • Digi-Poultry Farms: Our vision includes comprehensive broiler chicken farming for meat production. Estimated Budget: $500 Million, with an initial phase requiring $10 Million.

  • Agro-Businesses: We will process and package a variety of Meals Ready to Consume (MRC), including meats, fish, nuts, fruits, medicinal herbs, essential oils, and sports drinks. Estimated Budget: $500 Million, with a Pilot Phase of $15 Million.

8. Finalising Land Agreements

Weaving partnerships across regions, DADDS is now engaged in land negotiations with several Traditional Councils of Chiefs from the Volta, Bono East, and other regions in Ghana. These co-ownership arrangements will enable DADDS to match capital investments with hundreds of thousands of acres dedicated to high-impact farming projects in these regions. By doing so, we aim to unlock significant financial returns from these vast properties that have remained dormant far too long.
